Traditional farm on the Plateau de Millevaches with a typical early 20th-century farmhouse in the heart of the Haute Corrèze between Meymac and Ussel. Cattle and sheep farming on 165ha. Specialities: Farcidures, calf's head, snail crumbles, roast veal and beef, leg of lamb, truffade. Home-made desserts: crèmes brûlées, mignardises, clafoutis.
