Gaec du Bourg

We sell pork (raw meat, cold cuts, preserves) and poultry (chickens).
We sell at the Cass'Dale store + Friday morning market in Souillac and Saturday morning in Martel all year round.
"The pigs are born on the farm. The sows are free-range (not caged), on straw and the breeding is natural
The pigs are fattened with cereal that we produce on the farm.
The transformation is done in our cutting workshop.
