We are settled in the middle of the Campagnac farm in our little village of Creysse in Quercy, beside the Dordogne in the Lot near Rocamadour. For over 38 years, we have been making our foies gras, pâtés, terrines, confits and cooked dishes according to the good food traditions of our region. The ducks and geese are raised in the open air, then fattened with maize. We control the whole process, from young bird to finished product.
