LA QUERCYNOISE manufactures and markets, under the Maison Occitane brand, a complete range of foie gras and gastronomic specialities in the pure tradition of the South West. The group of producers has been established since 1975 in Gramat in the South West LOT of France. Our agricultural cooperative wishes to offer amateurs the best in the field of French fine gastronomy based on palmipeds gras. This is why foie gras, duck breasts, confits and other canned specialities from the South West are worked in the respect of traditions. The ducks are raised in the open air according to the strict rules of our group of producers.
