Damien héliciculteur on the Causse de Martel offers freshly cooked and preserved products from his snail farm. Sale at the farm by appointment and on the markets of Souillac on Friday mornings and Wednesdays at the end of the day in season as well as in Martel on Saturdays and also on gourmet markets in summer and Christmas markets.
